Co-op Crew Coordination That Actually Works
Roles, callouts, and loadout balance for a crew that finishes clean. Built from thousands of community runs.

A coordinated crew of average players beats four uncoordinated aces every time. Structure beats skill when the plan goes sideways — and it always goes sideways.
The playbook
- Assign clear roles before the job: driver, breacher, lookout, support.
- Agree on three simple callouts and use only those under pressure.
- Balance loadouts so no two players cover the same gap.
- Set a rally point for when a plan falls apart — it will.
- Debrief after every run and rotate roles to stay flexible.
Keep comms small
Three callouts everyone actually uses beat twenty nobody remembers. Under pressure, clarity is speed.
