All information published here — including release estimates, countdowns, maps, and feature descriptions — is fan speculation and community commentary. Nothing on this site should be treated as official or confirmed until announced through official channels.

“Grand Theft Auto,” “GTA,” and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on this site strictly for the purposes of identification, commentary, and criticism, consistent with nominative fair use.

We do not host, use, or distribute any official logos, artwork, screenshots, audio, or other copyrighted assets. Every graphic, wordmark, illustration, and design element on OnlyGTA is original work created for this fan project.

Community posts, comments, and fan art represent the views of their authors, not OnlyGTA. Contributors are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to anything they share, and for crediting original creators. We remove infringing content on request.

This is a demonstration build. The newsletter and community forms are mockups and do not transmit or store your data on a server. A production deployment would publish a full privacy policy describing exactly what is collected and why.
